What if I have my friends, cause I cannot play loud music until after two ill children in the HSE, that are not mine. This emphasis on if I know what to do. I can not tell my husband to tell him not to depend on his sister to live with us, and our friend, really do not have to go, as she can not pay rent in 2 bedroom apartment.
